Looking for a safe place?  You’ve found it here.

We’re so glad you’re here. One of the great ironies of therapy is that finding a therapist is far from therapeutic. We recognize the challenge you may have experienced just to find this page. Our priorities are to provide a safe and confidential space where clients can share, feel heard, and be understood

Arlington Compassionate Counseling is a relationship-centered therapy practice grounded in clinical experience and thoughtful, collaborative care.

The work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through both connection and skill, creating space for insight, clarity, and practical growth.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, domestic violence, and life transitions. Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels grounded, empowering, and aligned with the life you want to live.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when anxiety, depression, or major life changes begin to take hold. Seeking support is not a sign of weakness, but a step toward something better. With the right approach, real and lasting change is possible.

Therapy Philosophy

Therapy works best when clients feel comfortable, understood, and respected.

At the same time, effective therapy integrates a strong therapeutic relationship with clinical skill, experience, and evidence-based approaches.

Sessions may include reflection, direct feedback, practical tools, and moments of clarity that help connect insight to action.
